At Being Human Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and packed in its original packaging with all brand tags and invoices attached.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the returned item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
